We have multi-location manufacturing facilities in Bangalore & Uttranchal. These facilities enable unique solutions for businesses from product discovery to development and commercialization.

Facility Information

We own manufacturing facilities that have been constructed in accordance with the WHO GMP criteria to service our domestic and worldwide markets. These facilities include distinct quality control units and quality assurance functions to monitor the production quality of our products.

DCPL-
Located & extended in 75000+ sq. ft., the factory is in Uttranchal’s Excise-exempted SIDCUL industrial estate. With a covered area of approx. 1.35 acres, the manufacturing is focused on producing baby talc, body talc, cool talc, prickly heat powder, and talc-free powder.

Home to India’s only steam sterilizer & state-of-the-art lab, we have an upgraded facility. The lab is capable of meeting client standards. Our new facility has installed a 5-micron filter, a dynamic pass box, a clean room partition, a fume hood, and other amenities. Additionally, we have upgraded tools like a Karl Fisher, a pH meter, a biosafety cabinet, etc., that we have bought. We have swapped out the old conveyor for a new one, enabling us to address market complaints about smudged labeling.
The new conveyor is about 4 feet long instead of the previous 2.5 feet, making it easier to verify the coding.

DHPL-
The factory facility is in the Sompura Industrial area in Bangalore, Karnataka & covers a built-up area of 60000 sq. ft. & a covered area of 2.0 acres approx. It currently manufactures baby care, shampoo, cream, lotion, toothpaste, shaving cream, ointments, household cleaning products, etc. The infrastructure is incorporated with highly-experienced staff & craftsmen meeting the latest GMP guidelines and combining cutting-edge technology; this unit satisfies all commercial and technical requirements.
The plant has 2 bottle lines with a capacity of 40000 units per shift, i.e., 10 lakhs units per month with a filling range from 50 to 400 gms. 1 Jar line with a capacity of 30000 Units per shift i,e, 7.5 lakh units per month. Two sachet machines with capacities of 40000 units per shift, i.e., 10 lakh Units, and 4 nos tube lines with a capacity of 75000 units per day, i.e., 18.75 lakh units per month, filling range from 5 gms to 150 gms.
Talking about the quality of the facility, we have upgraded it on several levels to refine the production process. UV Spectro is used for rinse water analysis. Balance monthly calibration and daily verification added to SOP and being followed. Each piece of equipment has a dedicated user logbook for traceability.
Control room sample rearrangement and data kept in Excel for traceability. FG/water/media preparation Raw data sheet revised and prepared logbook. TDS meter for checking water TDS daily. Autoclavable Micropipette/Hot plate stirrer/Vortex mixture for microanalysis and the wet and micro lab kit. Sampling and retention of raw materials using only sterilized containers. Changes in chemical consumption SOP, maintaining consumption records, and writing of HFR rating on chemical stickers.

Kamal Packers.
Located in the Hirehally Indl Area of Banglore on Tumkur Road, this unit has a volume of 80 mt/pm. Spread out in 11000 sq. ft. with a covered area of about 24000 sq. ft. This manufacturing unit is dedicated to bottling, filling line & packaging only Talcum Powders. (B-type Sheds)

Production

Every stage of the production process is carried out with extreme care, accuracy, and efficiency. We import raw components and packaging materials and inspect them initially. We then conduct quality testing to confirm our products’ safety and efficacy. Finally, we use our barcode system to confirm that our items are accurately identified and measured. The products are relocated to our warehouse and prepared for shipping to our customers after all these testing and inspections are finished.
